Role Overview:
Provide specialized therapeutic support to individuals facing physical, sensory, cognitive, or developmental challenges, helping them build independence in daily life, learning, and work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs of individuals
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans
- Support development of daily living, motor, and functional skills
- Use therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and assistive tools
- Collaborate with teachers, doctors, psychologists, and families
- Monitor progress and maintain clear documentation
- Provide guidance and training to caregivers and staff
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Valid professional license/certification
- Experience in clinical, school, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and empathy skills
